CENTRAL PARK

Central Park,was designed by Calvert Vaux and Frederick Law Olmsted. It is spread throughout its 843 acres of landscape. This park is indeed a wonder and satisfies  diverse; visitors can find everything from sprawling waters and green meadows to stunning bridges and performance centers, plus educational facilities, gardens ,Zoo ,ice skating and even classical architecture

For animal-lovers, Central Park is home to the world famous Central Park Zoo and wild life centre and the Children’s zoo  At 6.5 acres, the zoo is only a mere .77% of the park's acreage, but it manages to hold over 1,400 animals of more than 130 species in its three temperature zones: tropic, garden and polar.
Of course, above all things, Central Park is a park, so there are plenty of attractions that focus on physical activities and other fun pastimes. Two skating rinks, a carousel a public swimming pool, baseball fields , tennis courts and other sport attractions are scattered throughout the park.
The entrance to the park is free ,Central park is an ideal place for walking, jogging ,cycling, swimming,
boating etc. There are restaurants and fast food services, inside the park. People who are unable to walk
can hire cycle rickshaws or horse riding rickshaws

Carrying sports drinks, is always good, it contains electrolytes and excellent in long rides, there is loss of salts due to excessive sweatting.

George washington bridge is a suspension bridge, which connects,Newyork city to Newjersy state across

in each direction.
The bridge is named  after George washington, the first president of United states.This bridge across the hudson river is the most beautiful bridges in the world.

TIME SQUARE

Times Square, the most busy square of New York is known for its many Broadway theatres, cinemas and supersigns. It is one of those places that make New York a city that never sleeps.
In 1904, the New York Times built the Times Tower on 43rd street just off Broadway to replace the premises in Downtown. The square facing the building was called the Longacre square, but was soon renamed Times Square. Long island beach

Long island beaches are ideal place to visit during summer, winter or spring , throughout the year., especially in summer months. It is in Nassau county, New York. North and south shores of long island contain variety of beaches. These beaches stretch out miles.
It is very refreshing to have a dip in these water, sunbathing, bicycling , surfing, walk along boardwalk and so on. There are special lanes for bicycles on the boardwalk.
It is always preferable to swim in lifeguard protected areas. You can bring lunch or go to restaurant .
